Financial Liabilities for 3rd Parties
In the result of an event during the validity period of the policy this insurance policy,
- Death, injury or health impairment of 3rd party
- Security guarantee for lost or damaged third party property, request of losses and damages due to activities and legal relationship against third party shown in the policy. This guarantee protects the insured for unjustified requests and for excessive requests. If the insured is a legal entity the insurance is responsible for carrying out its duties .
- Responsibility for legal liability must be incurred by the TRNC courts to the insured to enable payment of compensation under the liability coverage.
